Cristian is owner of Qtag Smart Media and initiated Artishock. Active in the field of new media and communication such as Virtual Reality since the early nineties and started experimenting with Augmented Reality in 2009.

Marcel Massing

3D specialist & management

Marcel Massing holds a MScBA degree (Management/Business Administration) and boasts a 17 years career in international banking.

In 2012 Marcel founded HIA3D, a full service 3D Studio.

His full service concept pertains to his general management background. Hiring the required specialists in his company, he is able to provide a full range of services, varying from visualisations and animations to 3D printing, stereoscopy and Augmented Reality.

Marcel is co-founder of Artishock and member of the management team.

Edward van Dongen

AudioVisual design & interactive video mapping

Edward is a graduate of the Willem de Kooning Academy for Modern Art in Rotterdam. As an audiovisual designer Edward contributes to audiovisual productions in Artishock concepts. He specialises in live and interactive video projects with his company VIED.

With a solid knowledge of the latest audio-visual developments combined with his understanding of design he is a valuable partner of the Artishock team.

Tim Walther

Software engineer & Audio architect

Tim is fascinated by technology since young. He dreamed of being an inventor and also developed a passion for music. This is why he decided to study Music Technology at the Utrecht School of Arts. Here, he honed his skills in music production, programming and electronics. And - maybe even more important - this is where Tim developed a more crystallised view on technology.

Tim believes technology has the power to mesmerize people, as a kind of magic. After graduating, Tim started his career with this philosophy in mind.

Theo Lagendijk

AR software engineer
Theo is a software engineer with a portfolio of Augmented Reality projects. Together with his girlfriend Theo founded the software company Platipus.

As early as 2010, he started a project that visualised the information of the local Tourist Information database with the help of Augmented Reality based upon GPS location information. Since then Theo has become a true Augmented Reality enthusiast and worked on developing AR software.

Theo prefers using Metaio technology and is officially registered as a Metaio certified developer. Next to AR Theo develops e-learnings, IOS and Android apps for different clients.

A fine example is the Augmented Reality project he developed for Nissan Europe, who uses it to train their mechanics. This project involved the development of AR on various parts of the interior and exterior of different Nissan models.

Coen de Koning

Coen studied physics and design, an interesting combination that makes him a designer with both a technical and a creative perspective.

Currently Coen works at Platipus where he supports Theo in the realisation of Augmented Reality projects.
